In the last three months of their learning journey, BEKAL Pemimpin participants are invited to exercise and actualize their leadership capacities to address real challenges of natural resources management. Nine prototypes are borne out of the genuine calling of BEKAL Pemimpin 2019 fellows to usher systemic changes, with the support of their peers as consultants and coaches. These prototypes are not only the next training ground for the participants, but also a laboratory to generate solutions together with other actors in the system, transcending sectoral and institutional boundaries.
