SLOT program, “Understanding Complexities” (SLOT UC), is focusing on Systems Thinking: the discipline that enables us to see and identify the underlying root of our current problems and challenges that seem to keep repeating themselves. There were 3 batches of SLOT  Understanding Complexities held in March, June, and October 2017. It consisted of 3 sessions per batch. The participants learn to practice using system thinking, and not analytical thinking, in finding the solutions of some issues. By doing several practices, the participants began to understand how to see interrelationships rather than linear cause-effect chains in the issues.

SLOT UC Program aim to collectively address the complex challenges and finding strategic solutions in producing results that increase organizations competitive advantage.
